  • Available after 90 days for employees working 130 hours or more per month

  • Extendable coverage to include your spouse and children

  • We will match your contributions to your retirement account dollar-for-dollar all the way up to 6% of your paycheck.

    • It's just like getting a 6% raise.

STATE REQUIREMENTS

While In-Home Care Organizations (HCOs) have had few laws and regulations over the years, they have become increasingly regulated the state of California with the implementation of the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act of 2013 (AB 1217). In response to concerns about patient safety and security, the state has enacted these regulations and laws to impose safety checks and training. The act also addresses concerns about the abuse of HCO workers and delineates the standards for companies employing caregivers.
The State of California requires that all Home Care Aides supply the Home Care Organization with the following: 

  • Home Care Aide (HCA) number

  • TB clearance or Chest X-Ray

  • Valid CA ID or Driver's License

  • Social Security Card

  • COVID vaccine or Exemption
